My ideal client is one who is sick and tired of being sick and tired. He or she has finally said "no more, it's time for help". Although substance use is my forte', I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health issues.
I currently work Mon-Fri as a clinical supervisor at Family & Children's Services in Tulsa and work part time as therapist for Anchored Behavioral Health Consulting. Doing both individual and group work in addiction as well as most other co-occuring mental health condistions with a CBT, client focused and solution focused framework.
I enjoy reaching my clients where they're at and guiding them to self-actualization. To help them see that just about any situation can be bettered if you have the right guide.
