The conversation will continue with an interactive assessment, measuring your emotional well-being, thought processes, personal and family relationships, management of your current role in life, and any substance abuse, medical concerns, or self-care needs you may have. Finally, you and your therapist will discuss your goals and create an initial treatment plan.
